Mollusk

Monday we went with some friends of ours to visit Mollusk surf shop in Brooklyn. It smelled just like the ocean, I could have spent all day there. The space also serves as an art gallery/studio. Mollusk has a history with great surfer-artist including Thomas Campbell, Geoff McFetridge, Serena Mitnik-Miller and Mason St. Peter. The building is covered in great color and pattern. I also loved the line of surf wear and bags by Alexandra Cassaniti. She releases a summer collection each season because she likes to think it always summer somewhere.
